GCC Construction is owned by Eric Miller. His belief is every home is special and deserves individual attention. He controls this by only building 3-4 houses at a time. Eric is committed to a high level of responsiveness, customer services, and quality.

Eric is a Iowa native, grew up in Clive, went to the University of Iowa, then married and lives in Urbandale with a wife and 3 children. Eric started in the construction industry as a Junior in High School. A few friends started a exterior painting company that continued through the summers of High School and College. Eric spent 4 years with a reputable builder in Des Moines where he built 75-100 houses annually. This knowledge has lead Eric to being very efficient in scheduling as well as maintaining the budget. He is involved in every step of the construction process to allow for a smooth process.
