About GCC Construction

GCC Construction is owned by Eric Miller.  His belief is every project is special and deserves individual attention. Eric is committed to a high level of responsiveness, customer services, and quality.

Eric is a Iowa native, grew up in Clive, went to the University of Iowa, then married and lives in Urbandale with a wife and 3 children.  Eric started in the construction industry as a Junior in High School.  A few friends started an exterior painting company that continued through the summers of High School and College.  Eric spent 4 years with a reputable builder in Des Moines where he builds residential and commercial projects.
